Delete your vivers account
This page is for vivers, the self-guided audio tour app published by Sanbitt on Google Play and the App Store. Ask here and we’ll delete your account and the data attached to it — no sign-in, no reinstall, no phone call.
What happens to your data
The short version: the account goes, and the only things we hold on to are the ones the law obliges us to keep.
What we keep, and why
Billing and transaction records we are legally required to retain for accounting and tax purposes, and analytics already aggregated to the point where it can no longer be traced back to you. Nothing else survives.
When it is gone
Live systems are cleared within 30 days of your request. Encrypted backups roll over within a further 30 days and are never restored into production.
