Vivers is a mobile app that allows you to discover your travel destination(s) with Gamified Self-guided Tours and/or Street Escapes. With Vivers, users may stroll around town exploring the real world solving geolocation-based riddles with the help of clues, hints and their brains! City discovery has never been this fun!

Applicability of Terms of use

Before using our Mobile App or visit our Website you must read these terms of use. By using our App and/or Website, you agree to all of our terms described here and understand to accept all our conditions. These terms may suffer updates in the future to comply with EU regulation. Communication of such update(s) will be presented to you in your next App Sign In for your review and acceptance. If you are a regular visitor to our website feel free to stop by this section to make sure you are up to date.

1. Your privacy is important to us. You’ve placed your trust in us by using our Vivers Website (vivers.app) and our Mobile App – and we value that trust. This means we’re committed to protecting all your personal data.
2. Liabilities. By participating in Vivers Gamified Self-guided Tours and/or Street Escapes you agree that neither Vivers nor any person associated with us will be liable to you or any other participant for any direct or indirect damages that arise in any way. You agree to communicate this liability to any person that you invite to participate in Vivers Gamified Self-guided Tours and/or Street Escapes.
   Our experiences take place in the real world. Make sure to look both to the left and right once you are on the move. Safety first!
3. Proprietary material. All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, typefaces and other content (collectively “Proprietary Material”) that you see or read on the Vivers app or website is owned by us, or is used with the owner’s permission. This Proprietary Material is protected in all forms, media and technologies. You may not copy, download, use redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from this website without our prior written permission.
4. Intellectual property rights. The Vivers app, website, and Collective Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the EU. You acknowledge and agree that the app, website, and content, including all associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Vivers and it’s licensors. Therefore, you cannot remove or alter any copyright mark or other proprietary rights incorporated in or accompanying the app, website or collective content.
5. Warranties. We care deeply about the curation of the content we service. Typos and ocasional errors may slip under our radar from time to time. Please don’t be (too) mad at us for that. Do let us know, though, where it is you think something is spooky by emailing hmmm@vivers.app
